I downloaded the files and when I try to open it, it says "file corrupted"

This typically happens when the download is interrupted or if you are downloading the files simultaneously, the files gets corrupted.

The best solution is to download the files again. If you need to the download links again, you can do so by following the steps here or by submiting a ticket to us including:

  1. Your full name
  2. Email address used during the purchase
  3. Order ID (if you have it)

And we'll process your request within 24 to 48 hours.
