How can I get a Refund for a Physical Product?

If you purchased from us one of the following physical products:

  • Strength Camp T-Shirt
  • Non-Job DVD

You will need to send the product back to us to:

Once we receive the package back, we will process the refund. 

 

If you the product hasn't shipped yet, please contact us by submitting a ticket including:

  1. Your full name
  2. Email address used during the purchase
  3. Order ID (if you have it)

and we will cancel and refund the order before it ships out. Please note, all physical order have a lag time of 2 days from the day of purchase before shipping to allow us to cancel and refund orders. If you wish to cancel after that period, you will need to wait until you get the product and send it back to us. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Please note that funds can take from 3 to 5 days to be reversed to your account. Refunds will always be processed to the same credit card you used to make the purchase. We cannot change credit card information for refunds.
