Why not just do a bulking or mass gaining cycle followed by a leaning out or cutting cycle?

Speed and sanity.  Let me explain… first, I am impatient.  I  like to get what I want as fast as possible.  I was sick of being fat but didn’t want to lose any muscle or strength.  I’ve both tried bulking and cutting in the past and the result was always the same.  I’d wind up either lean and weak or strong or fat.  With this program I build muscle and burn fat at the same time.  It’s much faster and more effective.
